I'm 55 years old taking dance lessons. I was told that my ankles are "weak" Did a search for Ankle strengh and among all the channels I found yours caught my attention. I really enjoy these exercises and I will not only do them for my dance clases, but for my other exercises. Thank you.

It's rubbish that they put the claps on the 2 and the 4 so if you hear a clap you know you missed the 1.

This helps a lot thanks. I was able to put it in 1/2 speed and actually parse it out.

How often can my dancer do these quad exercises for the best/fastest results? Are they safe to do daily? One set of 16reps each or multiple sets? I’m so glad I found you!!!

I have an audition for a dance company tomorrow, and I was honestly feeling so nervous, especially because I’m very slow at picking up choreography. Is it normal to have pain in the ribs (right rib for me) when dancing? It happens randomly in the middle of dancing and it’s a really sharp pain and prevents me from continuing

Hoping to do this every night for flexibility to prepare for my dance class in a few months and to get better sleep as ive heard stretching can be beneficial to getting a good nights rest
